How do I get a Motorcycle Anchor™ installed by your installers?
 
   If you'd like to have one of our certified installers come out and install a Motorcycle Anchor™, then give us a call at (813) 910-1500 during regular business hours. You can pay the locksmith or certified installer who installs the product for you at the time of install. Remember, if one of our certified installers puts it in, it's guaranteed for life and your will receive our special bonded coverage against theft (equal to the deductible of your insurance, up to $300) for anything stolen by virtue of one our professionally installed Motorcycle Anchor™ being the point of breach.

How do I order a Motorcycle Anchor™ to install myself?
 
   We are proud to offer a self-installation kit for individual users and have them available for immediate fulfillment. You can order it directly from this website by clicking the Motorcycle Anchors product link in the products section, or you can call our order line during regular business hours. Note that since we do not control the installation, we do not provide the same bonded coverage for self-installed anchors, although the lifetime guarantee on the Motorcycle Anchor still applies.

What forms of payment do you accept?
 
   For direct orders from our manufacturing center, we accept: personal/corporate check, echecks, money orders, most credit cards (visa, master card and discover; sorry, no American Express at this time), and for your convenience, PayPal payments. All credit cards payments are handled by PayPal, and can only be processed as online orders.

How long will my order take to install or arrive?
 
   Most orders arrive within 4 to 10 days after payment clears for direct orders. Installation orders are usually handled even faster and depend heavily on the scheduling availability of the certified installer in your area.

I'm a reseller, locksmith or motorcycle dealership. How do I order?
 
   Please see our reseller section to become set up as a certified reseller or certified installer. For individual orders for clients (self-installation kits), you don't need to set up an account, but you will receive a resellers discount for doing so.
