Special Notes: Some systems have two valves opened by a common tappet. If this is the case, you'll need two feeler gauge sets -- stick the smallest permissible feeler gauge in the gap for the valve you are not measuring at that instant to prevent sea-sawing of the tappet from messing up your measurements.
